Program Description

HYROX is one of the fastest-growing competitive fitness formats in the world, combining eight functional workout stations with running to test your strength and endurance from start to finish. At Titus Training in Leesburg, FL, our HYROX training program prepares you to compete — or simply to push your limits in one of the most demanding formats available.


Each session is built around the demands of the HYROX race: ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls, all connected by running.
