Sarah is a proud mom of two who loves the outdoors, she is a local 4-H leader and a livestock parent. She and her family live on a farm, where faith, hard work, and family are a big part of everyday life. She began her fitness journey with the goal of becoming the best version of herself, and over the last year made the decision to truly commit to it. Since then, she has lost 50 pounds and gained so much more than physical strength — she has gained muscle, confidence, discipline, and mental toughness.
Her fitness journey has changed her from the inside out and sparked a passion for helping others believe in themselves and reach their goals, both physically and mentally. She believes strength is not only built in the gym, but also in the way you show up for others each day. With a heart for encouraging people and a belief that even a simple smile can change someone’s entire day, Sarah hopes to inspire others to live stronger, kinder, and more confidently.
