Norm has been involved in the fitness and health industry since the age of 16, building a diverse background across multiple disciplines of training and competition. His experience includes strongman training, endurance running from 5Ks to ultra-marathons, and competing in functional fitness competitions.
Through years of training and competition, Norm has developed a deep appreciation for both strength and endurance, and he enjoys helping others discover what they’re capable of through consistent effort and smart training.
Whether working with beginners or experienced athletes, Norm focuses on building sustainable habits, improving movement quality, and pushing clients to reach their full potential.
His coaching philosophy is simple:
