With a foundation in health and fitness dating back to 2010, Callie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health in 2012 and has dedicated her career to helping others improve their quality of life.
Her professional background spans years in healthcare, working closely with adult and geriatric populations navigating multiple diagnoses, injuries, and recovery journeys. That experience built a deep understanding of how to train safely, effectively, and with purpose.
Her training background is diverse—ranging from functional fitness and bodybuilding to running, nutrition, and postpartum fitness—giving her a well-rounded approach to coaching individuals at every stage.
That experience helped shape the foundation of Titus Training.
